Utilizing either Plasma or Flame Cutters, EWING can cut plate from 1/4" up to 12" thick and up 40' in length.

PLATE ROLLING and STRUCTURAL ROLLING
EWING can roll plate up to 2" in thickness and 10' in width.

When there is a requirement for structural rolling, EWING can roll Angles, Bars, Beams, Tee Sections, Channels and Rails, in various sizes.
   
       
   
       
    PRESS BRAKES
With its 750 Ton, 1000 Ton and 2000 Ton Press Brakes, EWING can bend steel in varying thicknesses, ranging from 1/4" up to 14", and in lengths up to 42'.
   
       
    STRESS RELIEVING
EWING's 18' x 18' x 20' computer controlled and monitored furnace, with high temperature capability up to 1250° F, is ideal for stress relieving and heat treating carbon steel products.
   
       
    CRANE CAPACITY
EWING's 70 Ton lifting capability combined with a 40' lifting height allows us to complete jobs that many other fabricators cannot undertake.
